For almost 30 years, IELTS (The International English Language Testing System) has been a paper-based English test that people like you have used to achieve their work, study and migration dreams. You’ve had the choice of 50 test locations, 48 test days per year, for both, the Academic and General Training test formats.
Computer-delivered IELTS is now available in New Delhi and Bengaluru. It will be held on selected days, and registration is subject to availability of slots (Fees: INR 13,300.) You will still be able to take the paper-based format IELTS, if you prefer.
Computer-delivered IELTS Test
The IELTS test is offered in two formats - IELTS Academic and General Training. Unlike other providers, the IELTS General Training test is the only non-academic test available for migration to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, The United Kingdom and The USA. Good news is, now you can choose how you take your test.
“How is computer-delivered IELTS different?”
We have only one aim at heart – make it convenient for you! If you opt for the computer-delivered IELTS test, you will take the Listening, Reading and Writing components using a desktop computer. All aspects of the test are identical to the paper-based IELTS test, including:
Want to know the best news of all? The IELTS Speaking test remains the same as always – face-to-face, in a quiet room, with a real, human examiner. We believe a face-to-face Speaking test is the most effective way of assessing your speaking skills and prompts a more lifelike performance.
Private Speaking test rooms, free from noise and distraction
We can repeat and rephrase a question for you
We can match your pace and level of English
We won’t ‘time out’ on you
We hear your accent
We understand your strengths better than a computer
When you take computer-delivered IELTS, your test result will be available within 5-7 days. The Writing and Speaking components will continue to be marked by IELTS examiners to ensure the highest level of accuracy and fairness.
Computer-delivered testing allows us to increase the number of test dates (with paper-based and computer-delivered) each week, offering you more flexibility with test dates and times. You can choose your own dates and time slots.
